She grew up watching both of her parents run their own businesses, and from an early age she understood the dedication, long hours, and complexity that comes with building something from the ground up. That experience gave her a deep appreciation for what small business owners go through — and a genuine desire to help.
When Michele started her first company, her grandmother gave her a copy of QuickBooks — a gift that sparked a career and a calling. That moment set her on a path dedicated to helping others stay organized, confident, and prepared.
